This screw-on Microdermal Top with cubic zirconia is a replacement decorative top for compatible Microdermal, Dermal Anchor and Surface Anchor bases.

Made from ASTM F136 titanium, it features a clear round, multifaceted CZ stone for intense sparkle and an elegant look. The stone is held in a low-profile surrounding setting so the jewelry sits subtly on the skin’s surface.

The top screws into the internally threaded microdermal base already positioned beneath the skin. It can refresh or replace the existing decoration without removing the dermal anchor base.

Microdermal piercings are placed in various areas of the body. Common choices include the sternum and area between the breasts, face, cheekbones, collarbone and lower back dimples. Each site’s suitability depends on anatomy and must be assessed by a professional piercer.

Choosing a Stone Size

• 3mm: A subtle, minimal look

How Do I Choose the Right Thread?

• M0.9: For a compatible 1.2mm / 16G microdermal base
• M1.2: For a compatible 1.6mm / 14G microdermal base

The M0.9 and M1.2 measurements refer to the top’s external thread, not the stone diameter.
